Mental Health Awareness WeekMon, 20 May 202413-17th May was Mental Health Awareness Week and students took part in activities to celebrate the theme of Movement: Moving more for our mental health. Students went for nature walks in Fowlers Park, took part in Fitness to Music sessions, showed off their best dance moves in a ‘Just Dance’ session over lunchtime and had opportunity to learn about how movement has a positive impact on our mental health and wellbeing.
